Many thanks for your interest in Twinkle Twinkle Babies. Our products are handmade so please follow the washing and care instructions carefully.

Despatch Times: Please note that as stated on each item despatch times are approximately 6 weeks (unless otherwise specified or agreed) but in busier times can be a little longer (9-12 weeks).  

Delivery: Items are sent via a fully tracked, signed for and insured courier or Royal Mail service (3-4 working days).  We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on interntional orders.

Returns: I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations (see exceptions).

• Just contact me within 14 days of delivery
• Ship items back to me within 21 days of delivery 
• Request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of Return: We do not refund postage costs. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  Items will be refunded upon receipt so we recommend using a tracked/signed for service.

For international customers please return marked as RETURNED GOODS so as not to incur customs charges.  If the item is unmarked and incurs a customs fee this will be deducted from your total refund amount.
